At BOTHAR Construction, people come first! Our concern and dedication to the safety of our employees has earned the company numerous safety awards from the Associated General Contractors of New York State. The Safety Excellence Award includes the following criteria: a company's five-year history, a positive OSHA history, and incidence rates below the national average. BOTHAR Construction LLC earned a Safety Excellence Award the following years:

2003- Gold Award
2005- Bronze Award
2006- Bronze Award
2007- Silver Award

In 2004, BOTHAR Construction LLC achieved national recognition from The Associated General Contractors of America, receiving a First Place Award for Safety Excellence in the Highway Division under 100,000 Hours.

Our talented Safety Director, Bill Terrell, has committed valuable time and resources into BOTHAR's Safety Program. Bill teaches an on-site OSHA 10 hour course to keep all employees up to date on safety initiatives.

BOTHAR Construction takes safety very seriously, and time is dedicated to safety training for all employees, on and off the field, to ensure present and future wellbeing.
