Bothar Construction LLC is a Binghamton, New York based family owned business; specializing in Asphalt Paving and Maintenance.  Bothar provides prime and subcontract construction services for residential, commercial, municipal and state agencies and is qualified to work in New York, Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Massachusetts. 

The company was founded in 1999 by James E. O'Brien Jr. , James E. O'Brien Sr., John L. O'Brien and John J. O'Brien.  Together they have over 100 years of combined experience in the Construction and Paving business. 

James E. O'Brien Jr. was recently appointed to a director position for the Association of General Contractors -NY.

Since its inception the company has experienced tremendous growth and notoriety ,due in large part to its excellent reputation for delivering a quality job at a fair price.
